Hi, I’m six

I was sitting at my dining room table earlier tonight, feeling extremely ornery about the work I have to catch up on, when suddenly every muscle in my body hurt, and within 10 minutes I had a 101 degree fever. I was soon convulsing with chills and having a temper tantrum. This is totally little-kid sick, the kind that makes you stretch and roll around constantly and it’s completely pissing me off. Not to mention that I totally have tickets to see Brian Wilson tomorrow night, and I think I feel precisely as I would have if, as a kid, I had been sick for the annual Beach Boys concert at the Padre game.
